BOOZE: New Spring Cocktails Arrive Today!

We raise our hands to the sky and celebrate the arrival of the 2016 Spring Cocktail menu. Featuring unexpected combinations and delicious surprises.

TROPICAL CLASSICS

Bacchus Mule
Hawaii’s state flower, the Hibiscus, inspires this fragrant ginger cocktail, seasoned with fresh lime juice and a splash of cranberry.

Ty’s Law
Absolut vodka and Malibu rum tempered basil leaves mark this refreshing cocktail splashed with coconut water.

Mai Tai
Made the old-fashioned way — no pineapple. Enjoy this mix of Trader Vic’s rum with lime juice, orgeat and triple sec.

Koko Head Colada
Coconut rum and pineapple blended with fresh lemon juice emulate a light colada experience you’re sure to enjoy.

Beach Bum
Absolut Pear vodka, Cointreau, lime juice and grenadine. Dude! Kick back and sip this rad, fruity cocktail slowly.

MODERN CLASSICS

Forbidden Fruit
One a day keeps the doctor away: Crown Apple, fresh lemon juice, a hint of cranberry - one smart and tasty cocktail.

El Diablo
Tired of Margaritas? This mixture of Don Julio Reposado tequila and exquisite Briottet Creme de Cassis quenches your thirst.

The Don Draper
The man, the myth and the cocktail. It’s a classic; an old fashioned – Maker’s 46 Bourbon, bitters, sugar and water.

Moscow Mule
The drink that introduced vodka to America, vodka and lime juice blended with ginger beer and served in a cold copper mug.
If the mule is your drink but you want some variation, try it with Jameson, Tanqueray or Malibu.

Join us this weekend and try out these new cocktails and new wine selections. Here are the event and cocktail/wine pairings for the weekend.

Today, start your Friday afternoon with a Koko Head Colada; the refreshing light colada (no milk) will give you the sweet buzz that will make you turn to the man next to you and say hello! Tonight we've got DJ Kuya spinning heart thumping favorites so the Forbidden Fruit will keep it beating - "an apple a day..." Saturday, Pauli works the Saturday crowd and serves up his special brand of Aloha and his El Diablo twist on the Margarita with the addition of deep red, sweet Cassis. Saturday night, HIGFFL is hosting a celebratory draft party early and most will be on hand for the Bachelor Party for sexy Grant James (could there be a scavenger hunt involved?) so make the men muddle and enjoy the basil-licious Ty's Law. Sunday, the Oscars arrive at Bacchus at 2PM - Lima Kokua hosts and will provide light snacks - and, obviously a sip of Red or White Wine or Champagne is appropriate.
